If You Cancel Your Holiday:
If you should be forced to cancel your holiday once your official booking information has been sent to you then cancellation fees will apply. Cancellation fees are calculated as a percentage of the total holiday accomodation cost.
More than 90 days - 30%
90 - 57 days - 50%
56 - 0 days - 100%
If we have not received the balance of your holiday 8 weeks before your departure, it will be assumed that your party has cancelled.
Damage Deposit:
A damage deposit of £200 per week or part week is required at the time of full balance payment. Charges for damage, breakages and any extra cleaning required if the property is left in an unacceptable state will be taken from the damage deposit.Your damage deposit will be refunded within 4 weeks of your return
Arriving and leaving:
You are asked not to arrive before 16.00 hrs on the day of arrival and to leave before 10.00 hrs on the day of departure.If you know that you will be arriving late in the evening, please let us know to allow for necessary arrangements to be made, failure to do so could result in no-one being there to let you in.Any visitors who are still at the property by 12.00 hrs on their last day without prior permission, may be liable for one extra day charge.
Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive insurance at the time of booking. All party members should have insurance cover for personal belongings and public liability as these are not covered by our insurance. We, as the owners accept no liability for any losses that may be incurred for which insurance is available.
